We currently offer both domestic and international shipping to a wide range of countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods or product restocks.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s status at any time.

We work with trusted global shipping partners, including:

The shipping carrier will be selected based on destination, shipping method, and availability.


7. Shipping Delays

ROOTOPIX is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Force majeure or carrier disruptions

We recommend placing orders early to avoid potential delays.


8. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address information. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we can re-ship it at the customer’s expense.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact the delivery carrier for additional information.

  3. If still unresolved, reach out to us at contact@rootopix.xyz — we will do our best to assist you, but please note that ROOTOPIX is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”
