1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used skincare and beauty products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and promotional products are non-refundable.

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to them.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@rootopix.xyz with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if item is defective or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund upon verification.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you prefer an exchange over a refund, please indicate this in your return request.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
